Binding Agreement.
In order to enter the Competition, you must agree to these Official Rules ("Rules"). The Rules consist of: (i) the terms and conditions on this page, and (ii) the Entry Website. Because these Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Competition, please read them carefully. If you do not agree to the Rules, you are not eligible to participate in the Competition or to win any of the prizes. You agree that registration for this Competition and/or a submission of an entry in the Competition constitutes your agreement to these Rules.

Eligibility.
This Competition is open to adults ages 18 and above in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding U.S. territories, and anywhere in the world except for residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Myanmar/Burma, Syria, Zimbabwe and any other U.S. sanctioned country and is void where prohibited by law.

Only one video submission per Entrant is allowed. In the case of duplicate or multiple entries from the same Entrant, then the first entry posted on the entry site (as determined by the Facebook post date) will be accepted as the entry into the Competition. Internet access is required to enter submission to the Competition.

At the time of submission, each Entrant must have a valid Facebook account, posting their entry as described in the comments section of the entry site under their personal Facebook account.

Employees, interns, contractors, and official office-holders, as well as their immediate families, of CMI Academy, its affiliates, and any representatives or agencies or other persons professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to participate. This Competition is void where prohibited.

How To Enter.
Scholarship instructions are posted on the scholarship Website at http://cmiacademy.com/scholarship/

Submissions must be in English and free from profane language, nudity, sales pitches, rude comments about another party; and free from any infringement of any third-party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation. Any submission not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be deleted and disqualified. Brilliant Partners d/b/a "CMI Academy" accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, or mislaid, howsoever caused.

Judging and Selection of Winner.
Entries will be judged based on the following judging criteria:
(i) authenticity
(ii) creativity
(iii) musical talent
(iv) quality of video
(v) number of likes or shares
(vi) whether the submission adheres to these Rules.

Use of Likeness.
By participating in this Competition, you agree and hereby grant Brilliant Partners d/b/a "CMI Academy" permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display your Competition submissions for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, press and media communications, without any compensation or attribution to you. You also agree to participate in any media or promotional activity regarding the Competition. If you are the Winner, you agree that Brilliant Partners d/b/a "CMI Academy" may use your name and likeness to administer and promote the Competition and to conduct media interviews and promotional events if desired.

e)            LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU INDEMNIFY AND AGREE TO KEEP INDEMNIFIED CMI Academy, Brilliant Partners, , and Josh Shipp AT ALL TIMES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY ACT, DEFAULT OR OMISSION BY YOU AND/OR A BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY BY YOU SET FORTH HEREIN.
